Return and refund policy 

Your experience is important to us. While we don't accept returns in most cases due to the nature of our business; if we can make it right, we will! We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if you are unhappy with a particular item, please notify us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a credit or replacement item. 



If you decide to cancel your account or cancel a subscription from your cart, contact our Customer Service team at or call before your cutoff time, and we'll take care of the cancellation process. 

Please note that any order shown as ‘Ordered Processed’ on your Upcoming Deliveries page has already been processed and cannot be canceled. 

A friendly reminder that you’ll be responsible for all charges incurred for any orders that have already been processed.
